Once you've configured your Class-passes, you're ready to bundle them into sellable products or membership subscriptions.
Setting up a product for online purchase — whether via your website or the App — is easy using the Sales Product Assistant. Just follow the Next and Back buttons to complete each step.
Start by selecting one of the following options:
Select one or more class-passes that the buyer receives with each purchase or recurring payment.
Memberships also allow you to include bonus passes at sign-up. For example, you might offer 1 private class at the start and 4 group classes with every monthly payment.
Enter the sales price or recurring payment amount, then tap Next to continue.
This step covers the product title, description, and detailed sales text with Markdown support to describe your offer.
Remember: You’ll find a PIA button next to the text field — it provides excellent AI support for crafting a well‑formatted, persuasive sales pitch.
You can also assign a colour code, typically matching the related class-pass — though this is entirely up to you.
Choose from a wide range of options, all clearly described in the interface. Key settings include:
Products and memberships can be restricted so they are only visible and purchasable by specific clients. This is useful when offering discounted prices to selected customers or when certain services should only be available to clients who have completed an initial consultation or been advised to join a particular class.
Assign a tag (e.g. VIP) to one or more clients.
Set up the product or membership as usual.
Add the same tag (e.g. VIP) to the product or membership to restrict access.
Result
Clients with the tag can see and purchase the product or book the class. Clients without the tag cannot see the product and cannot book into tagged classes.
Review your product setup and tap Finish to save and publish.
