Recurring reservations are accessed through the main menu under booking. Here you can add or edit any recurring reservation.

Add a new recurring reservation by tapping the "new recurring reservation" button at the bottom of the window, or through the downdots menu.

Edit a new recurring reservation by tapping on an existing recurring reservation.

NOTE: Recurring reservations can only be booked in recurring classes

Recurrent Reservations

The Recurrent Reservations feature in Appilates allows staff to manage clients who attend classes on a regular schedule. This guide walks through how to create and manage recurring bookings.

Viewing Existing Recurrent Reservations

The screen lists all clients with active recurring bookings. Each entry includes:

  • Client name and location
  • Class type and level
  • Day and time of the recurring session

Creating a New Recurrent Reservation

To add a new recurring booking:

  1. Click the New recurrent reservation button.
  2. Select the client and choose a class timeslot.
  3. The system will automatically list upcoming classes that match the selected timeslot.
  4. Staff can deselect any suggested bookings they do not wish to include.
  5. Proceed through the wizard to confirm class type, level, and start date.

Final Confirmation

The last step of the wizard displays a summary of the new reservation:

  • Client name and birthdate
  • Selected timeslot and class offer
  • Start date and number of selected sessions

To complete the setup, click the Finish button.

Interactive Features

  • Tapping a client’s name opens their full profile.
  • The search bar allows quick filtering by name or class.
  • All suggested bookings are interactive and can be toggled on or off.

This feature ensures efficient scheduling for regular clients while giving staff full control over each reservation.
