You're ready to bring your studio online with Appilates! Follow these simple steps to check your setup and go live.

Step 1: Use the Guided Assistant

• The assistant will verify if you've completed everything needed.
• It will notify you of any missing important steps.
• If you need more time, add extra trial days in the Appilates subscription section in the app.

Step 2: Check Your Settings

• All settings and content you publish can be changed anytime.
• Changes take effect almost instantly on your website.

Step 3: Prepare to Launch

• If your studio isn’t open yet, it’s a good idea to go online early to promote your class schedules and studio online.
• If you are carrying over an existing studio, plan a date to go online, so you can modify credits for your existing clients, so their passes are correct for the changeover date.

Step 4: Final Check and Go Live

• Want to double-check your setup? Run the assistant again.
• When ready, select the Bring studio online option.
• Find it under > settings > Appilates Subscription in the app.
• Or, use the Configuration Assistant and tell PIA you are ready to go online.
