Appilates extends your class schedule week by week. All recurring classes are automatically created for the new week when it’s appended to your plan.
The Scheduling timeline is how many weeks into the future you publish classes. The Visible timeline is how far customers can view the published schedule. Rolling out your schedule farther than the visible timeline gives you time to adjust booking preferences before clients see the changes. The Roll out day sets the weekday and time when a new week is appended to the schedule.
These controls determine which class details are visible to clients in the app or on your website.
If you prefer not to show the exact number of open spots, enable this option. Clients will see only Class full or Spaces available rather than a numeric vacancy.
Toggle whether the scheduled instructor is shown for a class. You can enable or disable this separately for client and staff accounts.
This setting enforces a minimum validity period for refunded passes. For example, if you refund a pass because a class was cancelled and the original expiry would otherwise leave the client with only a day to use it, the minimum-validity setting ensures the client still has a reasonable window (for example until the next available class) to redeem the pass.
