Subscription settings

Manage your Appilates subscription and billing from this screen.

Subscription options

• Unlimited AI — Toggle to enable or disable access to unlimited AI features for your studio.
• Staff seats — Set the number of staff account seats included in your plan; additional seats can be added as needed.

Trial subscriptions

During a trial you’ll see Bring my studio online. Clicking this ends the trial and makes your studio visible to clients on the web and in the app.

Invoices

This section lists all subscription invoices. Each entry shows date, amount, status (paid, pending), and a link to view or download the invoice for your records.
