The active client window, accessed by tapping the banner or dropdown arrow allows you to access an expanded section of the individual client window

To access this expanded section, tap on the banner or dropdown arrow beside the words "Active client" or "Inactive client" (the word will either be "active" or "inactive", depending on the client status.

In this section of the individual client window, click the banner to access;

• tags
• Client status
• re-invite client or [Manage account]
• Emergency contact
