The notification center widget shows any new unread notifications.

When you read the notification, it will mark it as read and remove it from the notification centre in the dashboard. To see the notification after it has been read, tap on the Notification Centre. This will take you to all recent notifications.

As with any in app message, there is the option to "reply with PIA" or reply manually.
